A fast and super easy, super tasty lunchtime treat!
WHAT YOU’LL NEED: A butter knife and a small air-tight container
INGREDIENTS:
Smoked Salmon
Plain Cream Cheese (or herbed, up to you!)
Spinach tortilla wraps
WHAT YOU DO:
Lay out your spinach tortilla on a flat surface. Spread with cream cheese to your liking. Top with thin strips of smoked salmon. Roll up the wrap tightly and squish it together slightly to make it stick. Take a sharp knife and cut it into pinwheels two fingers wide. Store in an air-tight container (or just eat it all up right away!)

I needed a quick lunch to put together for work, that would give me a quick protein boost and look tasty at the same time.
